As a quantity surveyor, you will be involved throughout the entire project life cycle, from early contractor involvement, optioneering, tender negotiation through to the design, procurement, construct, commissioning and handover of schemes.


Dependant on the contract, you will play a key role as part of an integrated design and operational team alongside our key supply chain to support our clients to maximise opportunities and mitigate risks to influence the contractual and commercial aspects of schemes and help deliver successful outcomes.

The operational team are involved in all stages from input into tendering and design, to leading the construction, commissioning and handover phases of our projects to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for our clients. Working alongside design and commercial counterparts – as a triangle – to deliver high quality projects, on time, on budget and with zero injuries.


Engineering is at the very core of what we do. Be it civil, mechanical or electrical, our engineers are based on site and play a practical, hands-on role in the successful delivery of projects.


As an Engineer you'll work on projects that make a real difference to our environment and our communities - from improving flood defences, to upgrading water treatment works and providing nature-based solutions that improve biodiversity.


Our site agents play a pivotal role in the project’s success. Their responsibilities are extensive and include ensuring the involvement of the whole site team, to deliver safely, well planned and to program, managing quality to guarantee client satisfaction. They frequently liaise with the design and commercial teams to enhance delivery efficiency and promote opportunities while managing risk.


As a Contract Managers you’ll help instil the company culture and drive consistency across a number of schemes for the organisation, improving awareness, compliance and performance with company standards & processes, assisting in team development and staff retention. Managing a portfolio of schemes, our Contract Managers are great communicators, motivators & leaders, who have a wealth of technical knowledge, and have full ownership of the whole process from inception to handover.

We offer dynamic roles for design engineers across our varied portfolio of work in sectors. We offer the following roles across civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines; graduate engineer, project leader, design lead and design manager.


Our designers are involved in the full project lifecycle from solution definition within our precontract team, through to outline and detailed design, providing construction support and designing temporary works.

Our Business Support teams collaborate with the operational teams throughout the entirety of projects to help ensure a smooth workflow on site.
